After fifteen minutes, I come back with a cage. Inside the cage is the cutest, smallest, white kitten ever. "Meet Whiskers," I said softly to Jake.

I nod, and turn back to an owl. I take my talons around the cage and Jake. We fly off.

Chris walked in, looking around. "There's the Pet Store." He said, walking towards it.

I followed Pes and Chris in, seeing the Pet Shop. I took out my thirty galleons and went in. "Pes, by the way....can I borrow your owl that you use from the Owlery to use, after this? I have to write, to er-" I glared at Chris. He probably knew it was Uncle Jacob. "-mom and dad," I lied, finishing.

"OKay, fine. Just pick your pet," I said.

I looked at the toads.

Chris looked back at Mason. "Um, yeah. Your 'parents'." He said, making finger motions. He smirked and looked at the Owls. "Hm... Should I get a cat or an owl?" He asked Mason.

I smirked, looking away from Pes. I was about to say, "cat-" when a little cat came over, meowing softly, looking up at Chris. It purred, putting itself around his foot and sleeping happily.

"Aw. That's pretty cute," I said, smiling.

I looked around the cluster of pets, deciding to look at the rats.

Chris smiled when he saw the cat. "Aw." He picked it up. "I'm definetly getting you." He said, petting it. "What's your name gonna be?" He asked, stroking it's back.

"The name's up to you, Chris," I said, smiling. Suddenly, a black cat with green eyes meowed, hiding behind me. "Are you okay, bud?" I asked it, looking around. Some owls were chasing it, but backed away when they saw me.

The cat purred thankfully, staring up up at me, and licked my hand.

He thought for a moment. "Well, you're a white cat. Snowy?" He suggested.

The cat purred and rubbed against him.

He smiled. "Snowy it is."

I looked down at the cat. I smiled. I kneeled down, petting it. I looked at the store-lady. "How much is her?"

"She's only ten galleons."

"Aw. Why?" I asked.

"No one likes her. She really wants someone to love, though."

I picked her up. "I'd like to buy her." I took one-third of my money and placed it on a counter. I got a starters' supply of everything.

"What're you naming her?" the lady asked.

"Hm.....Glowy."

After I got her and her stuff, I waited for Chris. I still had twenty galleons to spend, and I was in Wizard-Shopping Heaven. I smirked.

Chris walked over to the lady.
"How much is... um..." He examined it. "She?" He asked, petting her some more.
"20 galleons." She replied.
He put the money down and she gave him a starters supply. "Thank you." He said, smiling. He walked outside with Mason. "Well, I still have 30 galleons. Want to go someplace else?"

"Heck, yeah!" I held Glowy's cage close. I went over to a map-thing, like one you would find in a park.

#12 seemed interesting. "Quenzy's Quickness of Quite Cool Quidditch," I said, excitedly, to Chris.

I yawned, waiting by them.

He smirked. "Interesting name. Let's go." He walked over to the store, walking inside.

I went in with Pes and Chris. I screamed. It was Quidditch heaven. Shiny, new brooms hung on the walls. Polishing kits and books about Quidditch history laid around on shelves. There were bobble-heads of famous Quidditch players. There was even on sale tickets to the next Quidditch World Cup in July.

Chris looked around. "Nicee." He said, browsing the brooms. "I think I want one."

"You aren't on the Quidditch team. Reminds me, I have practice tomorrow. Anyway, have you ever even tried out for Quidditch? Maybe I could help you control a broom, and get you on the Quidditch team," I said, examining the list of Quidditch brooms.

I read aloud:

My eyes widened. My parents spend five-thousand galleons on me for Christmas? I thought about my life-savings of five-thousand Muggle money. Some Ministry member (a rich one) must've been interested in Muggle money....and paid one galleon per dollar. I also thought they used their money for Pes and Jake, like me. I looked up st Chris, counting.

"Your only going to be able to buy one of the first five....and I wouldn't buy a Begi."

Chris's eyes went wide, then returned back to normal. "I already know how to fly a broom." He stated, grabbing the 30 galleons from his pocket. "I need a job." He muttered. He turned towards Mason."My dad still has his Firebolt 6000. He bought it 1 month ago." He stated.

I nodded. "Cool. I got a Firebolt 6000 for Christmas. Perhaps you should show the Quidditch team caption, Andrew Tyler, to play on the team..."

"A job?" a man, who was obviously Quenzy, asked. "I can give you a job. Not a very big one, but you'd make ten galleons a week."

The man smiled. He gives Chris an app. "Get Dumbledore to help you figure this out, and send it in by next Tuesday (eight days from then)."

I smile, leaving, back to Hogwarts, with Chris.
