I walk in, the same time as Mason and Jake.

Sugar walked in, waiting for the try-outs.

Jake came in with Mason, ready to start.

Andrew Tyler, the team captain, walked onto the field. "Why, hello! I'm team captain, Andrew Tyler. As you know, Pes, Sugar and I are the only ones remaining from the Quidditch team last year. The rest either graduated....or died. Okay, so the free spots are: Seeker, Keeper, and the Beaters. First.......Jake Yagami."

Jake gulped and stepped up.

Tyler smiled. "Well, let's see what you're good at. Let's try Seeker first." He got the poorest, beginner broom (a Begi which I made up xD) and a Snitch. Tyler gave Jake the broom, and hid the Snitch well. "Are you ready?"

He nodded and gulped.

Tyler blew his whistle. "Go!"

The kids screamed. "Go, Jake!" I yelled.

Jake took off, with amazing control for a first year. He looked around, zipping through the air. "I think I'll know the Snitch when I see it."

He spotted the Snitch. "Guess that's what I'm looking for." He sped toward it and snatched it.

Everyone cheered.

I wooted, louder the rest combined.

After discussing, Tyler comes up to Jake. He puts his hand up. "CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW SEEKER, JAKE YAGAMI!"

"......And next is Mason Valley."

Jake went back to stand with all the others.

Tyler asked Mason what he was applying for.

"Keeper," I answered right away. I got the Begi, and faced Robot Chasers.

He watched, silently rooting for Mason.

I won. Smiling, I landed next to Tyler.

Tyler, after a few moments, holds up his hand. "CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW KEEPER, MASON VALLEY!"

I rooted for my brother.

Jake cheered, a bit louder than needed perhaps, but still. He smiled.

After try-outs, the team is:

Seeker-Jake
Keeper-Mason
Chasers-Pes, Sugar, and Andrew
Beaters-Pepi and Zalidion (NPCs)

I smile wide at Jake. "TIME FOR CHRISTMAS BREAK! Woo! Gotta pack my stuff!" I race to the Gryffindor common room.

I follow Mason.

Sugar stretched. "Finally this is over." She walked to go read a book in the common room.
